Co-founder of Chromacity, Professor Derryck T. Reid has been awarded the rank of Fellow Member by the Optical Society of America (OSA).
The OSA new Fellow Members for 2018 will be recognised at conferences throughout 2018. The distinction has being awarded to 101 OSA members for their significant contributions to the advancement of optics and photonics. Among them is Prof. Derryck T. Reid co-founder of Chromacity who was awarded the distinction for the invention of two-photon autocorrelation using photodiodes and the development of frequency combs based on ultrafast optical parametric oscillators. Prof. Reid will be recognised at the CLEO conference.
This year CLEO is in the San Jose Convention Center from 13th – 18th May.
